About the Author
Remote Vibe for Virtual Teams is a project by Luciana Terceiro.
Luciana has been working with digital projects since 1999. Since 2003, she focused her career in interaction design, user research and information architecture. She had worked at some Brazilian companies like IBOPE - Brazilian Institute of Public Opinion and Statistics, UOL - largest Brazilian ISP and news content company, and PagSeguro, a company that offers digital solutions for payments.
Since 2016, she’s been working as an independent consultant and cofounded an initiative named Coletivo Mola focused on stimulating innovation and user research with small businesses and NGO's. She also collaborated with Round Pegs, a company that has a mission to create an innovative and entrepreneurship environment inside big companies.
With a Master in Market Research specialised in Communication at USP - University of São Paulo, she also taught UX Design and Design Thinking processes and tools at PUC - Pontifical Catholic University, São Paulo, one of the largest private universities in Brazil. She worked as a IxDA local leader of São Paulo chapter and collaborates with Service Design Network, chapter Brazil.
